Frequently Asked Questions
How long is Servyn free?
Your first 3 months are free, starting from the day we activate your account. There is no card at signup and nothing is charged when the trial ends — you choose then whether to continue on a paid plan. Early adopters keep their special pricing.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. There's no card and no payment details at signup or during the 3-month trial. We only ask for payment if you decide to continue afterwards.
Can I use Servyn for multiple locations?
Not as a single linked group yet — each outlet runs as its own account with its own menu, staff and reports, and there is no consolidated cross-outlet reporting today. You can run as many outlets as you like that way; tell us on the signup form and we'll set them up for you. Proper multi-outlet management is on the roadmap, and we would rather say that than let you find out after signing up.
What happens when my free trial ends?
We remind you before it ends. If you take a paid plan, nothing changes. If you do not, dashboard and POS access pauses — but your data is kept, you can export it for 90 days, and switching a plan on restores everything.
What kind of support do you offer?
Email and phone support during setup, and email support after that — the same on the trial and on Pro. We are a small team and you will be talking to the people who build the product, which is the honest version of what a bigger company would call an account manager.
